Stonebridge Partners Group provided reputation risk assessment and mitigation services to a Japanese engineering corporation with assets in Southeast Asia. This included the mapping of external issues and stakeholders, a benchmarking exercise, a review and upgrade of internal risk management policies and practices, a series of training, as well as strategic and ad hoc advisory support.
Stonebridge Partners Group conducted a human rights risk assessment of an Indian company and its manufacturing assets across five Indian states, to inform decision-making in the context of a potential transaction, and to complement the legal, financial, reputational and environmental due diligence undertaken by the client, a Japanese food corporation.
Stonebridge Partners Group developed a market entry strategy for an Asian mobility company seeking to establish its presence in Malaysia. The strategy was informed by a review of the policy, regulatory, market and competitive environment and included a policy advocacy and government affairs component as the client sought to enter an innovative sector whose regulations were still being shaped by local stakeholders including industry associations.
Stonebridge Partners Group was retained by a global technology firm to map its policy and regulatory issues and stakeholders in Malaysia and to support the development and implementation of a government affairs strategy. This included the crafting of talking points seeking to identify overlaps in interests and partnership opportunities, and to organize meetings with relevant decision-makers and influencers.
